Chok. Fine Chocolates is a small artisan chocolate company based in Shakespeare, Ontario near Stratford. Chocolatier, Stephen Beaumont has decades of experience managing hotels and resorts around the world. He creates bonbons crafted 100% by hand using Swiss chocolate couverture, and all natural fillings including ganaches, caramels, pralinés and pâte de fruit.
*Note that preservatives are not used in the fillings. While most chocolates have a shelf life of 4-6 weeks, they are at their best when consumed within two weeks of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place but not in the refrigerator. Some bonbons contain or may have come into contact with gluten, soy, dairy, tree nut and other allergens.
